Job Description: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Salary Range: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 (monthly)

Signing Bonus: ₱35,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our team in Pasig City. As a TSR, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving their technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional technical support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner.

2. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.

3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or higher-level support when necessary, while ensuring proper documentation of the case details.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, using our ticketing system.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or customer service role, preferably in a technical support capacity.

3. Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with common software applications, operating systems, and hardware components.

4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues independently.

We offer a competitive salary within the range of ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, a signing bonus of ₱35,000 will be provided to successful candidates upon completion of the probationary period.
