*About the Role:*

ResultsCX Cebu is urgently hiring for our Premium Telco Voice Account. Earn up to PHP 25,000 plus HMO benefits and enjoy a fast virtual hiring process.

*Salary Based on Experience:*

- *PHP 20K Package:* 6 to 23 months of BPO voice experience

- *PHP 25K Package:* 24 months and above BPO voice experience

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle premium telco inquiries via voice support

- Provide troubleshooting, billing, and account assistance

- Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy

- Maintain high CSAT and quality scores

- Meet KPIs and performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience - REQUIRED

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
