*About the Company:*
Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring for its Telco Account. Minimum 3 months BPO experience required.
*Job Description:*
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account in Makati. We accept candidates with at least 3 months of BPO experience, voice or non-voice.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve telco service issues and concerns efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service
- Meet performance targets, KPIs, and quality metrics
- Document customer interactions accurately
*Qualifications:*
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate accepted
- At least 3 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice accepted
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Available to start ASAP
