*About the Role:*

Join ResultsCX Cebu for our Telco Voice Account. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telecommunications account with salary up to PHP 25,000 plus HMO and other benefits. Virtual interview process - apply from home.

*Salary Breakdown:*

- PHP 20,000 Package for candidates with 6 to 23 months BPO voice experience

- PHP 25,000 Package for candidates with 24 months and above BPO voice experience

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle telecommunications customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide troubleshooting, billing and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores

- Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience is required

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Can work on a shifting schedule and start ASAP
