### We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Telecommunications Account

Cebu | Onsite

### Salary Package

* ₱20,000 Package – for candidates with 6 to 23 months of BPO experience

* ₱25,000 Package – for candidates with 24 months or more of BPO experience

### What You'll Do

* Assist customers with billing, account, and service inquiries.

* Provide accurate and friendly customer support.

* Resolve concerns efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

### Qualifications

* High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

* At least 6 months of BPO experience.

* Good English communication skills.

* Willing to work onsite in Cebu.

* Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
