Role: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Undergraduate
- With or Without BPO Experience - Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
