*Job Description:*

Premium pay for Thai speakers! Earn up to PHP 110K! We are hiring 20 Thai Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, and email. Provide bilingual support in English and Thai while delivering exceptional customer experience.

*Qualifications:*

- With or without BPO experience - Fresh grads welcome to apply!

- Fluent in Thai: Able to speak spontaneously, use language effectively in a professional setting, and understand complex conversations including implied meanings

- Working knowledge of English required (training and client systems are in English)

- Collections experience and knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required

- Open to Filipino and Non-Filipino nationals - Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with valid working Visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants)

- Can start ASAP

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer interactions professionally in English and Thai

- Assist with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and product information

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and deliver positive customer experience

- Accurately document customer interactions using company systems

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and CSAT goals

- Perform other related duties as assigned
