Key Responsibilities:

Handle travel and hospitality inquiries using GDS system

Provide expert booking, ticketing, and reservation assistance

Resolve travel-related concerns efficiently and professionally

Deliver premium customer service for international travelers

Ensure accurate and timely travel arrangements

Qualifications:

At least 2 years GDS experience required (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)

Strong knowledge in travel bookings, ticketing, and reservations

Good to excellent English communication skills
