Salary: PHP 25,500 - 35,000 Basic Salary + Up to PHP 2,500 Monthly Performance Bonus

*About the Role:*

We are hiring BPO Trainers for H&R Block Seasonal Account in Sucat! If you have at least 6 months Trainer experience in BPO, this is your chance to earn up to 35K basic pay + bonus on a contract until April 2027.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions using presentations, manuals, and evaluations

- Manage and align training schedules with business needs

- Drive training projects and short-term team initiatives

- Continuously enhance training processes and delivery methods

- Mentor and support junior team members

- Lead and motivate a team of individual contributors

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months to 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setting

- Minimum 2 years overall BPO experience

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training methodologies

- Excellent English communication - written and verbal

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and people skills

- Able to adjust training style to suit different learners

- Background in Instructional Design or L&D is an advantage

- Familiar with LMS and other training tools

- Willing to work onsite in Sucat, shifting / graveyard shift

- Note: Ex-Teleperformance employees are not eligible
