Location: TP Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift (EST)
Start Date: July 13, 2026

Job Description
- Facilitate engaging healthcare training sessions using existing learning materials.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules based on business requirements.
- Improve training processes and ensure high-quality learning delivery.
- Execute training-related projects and support operational initiatives.
- Coach and mentor new trainers while maintaining training quality standards.

Job Requirement
- 2–3 years of experience as a Healthcare Trainer (Healthcare background is required).
- Experience in a BPO environment is highly preferred.
- College graduate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work night shift (EST).
- Willing to work onsite at TP Vertis North, Quezon City.
- Must be available to start by July 13, 2026.
