Job Description
WE'RE HIRING: TRAINER – ORDER TO CASH (O2C)
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (weekends may be required)
Salary Package: ₱40,000/month
Start Date: ASAP
Openings: 1
Program: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience.
- Hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is mandatory.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs is an advantage.
- BFSI/financial services or shared services experience is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, including possible weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on O2C workflows, procedures, and policies.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and job aids.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.
- Coordinate with Operations and QA to improve employee performance.
- Keep training materials updated with process changes.
