About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Assistant Manager to lead sales competency development within our organization. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that directly enhance our sales team's performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong foundation in both training methodology and practical sales experience, capable of driving impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement effective sales training curricula and materials.

Facilitate engaging and results-oriented training sessions for sales teams.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers or training coordinators.

Collaborate with Sales Leadership and other departments to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.

Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple training projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously improving program quality.

Provide coaching and support to reinforce sales skills and behaviors post-training.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a corporate sales role (required to ensure training relevance and effectiveness).

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a direct teaching/training role.

Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
Required Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.

Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic mindset with a focus on driving sales performance through training.
