Job Title : Training Manager – US Tax & Finance
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives for our US Tax and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, coaching, and performance improvement, along with hands-on experience in the US Tax process. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to ensure employees achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
Location: Sucat, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for US Tax and Finance operations.
Manage onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and upskilling initiatives.
Coach and mentor trainers and support the continuous development of training teams.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement improvement plans.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Maintain training documentation, reports, and learning materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is mandatory.
Experience working in the US Tax process is required.
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager (ATM), or Training Manager.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Metro Manila on a night shift.
