Qualifications:

• 
  
• BS Nursing graduate with an active PHRN license
• 
  
• Active, unrestricted USRN license (NCLEX passer)
• 
  
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• 
  
• 1–2 years of clinical training or facilitation experience
• 
  
• Experience in Healthcare BPO training and UR/UM operations
• 
  
• Knowledge of US managed care, HIPAA/PHI compliance, and clinical documentation
• 
  
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
• 
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Conduct clinical onboarding and continuing education
• 
  
• Train clinical staff on UM/UR, Case Management, and clinical protocols
• 
  
• Facilitate competency assessments and case simulations
• 
  
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and workflow guides
• 
  

Important: Candidates must complete an onsite clinical review writing assessment during the interview. A laptop or desktop computer is required.
