1. Deliver onboarding, pre-production, and continuing education training for clinical staff supporting healthcare operations.

2. Facilitate training on Utilization Management (UM), Utilization Review (UR), Case Management (CM), clinical documentation, HIPAA/PHI compliance, and clinical protocols.

3. Conduct skills validations, case simulations, and competency assessments to evaluate clinical knowledge and readiness.

4. Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, workflow guides, and training materials.

5. Maintain audit-ready training records and collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Talent Acquisition to address performance gaps and support training needs.

Required Skills : 

1. Clinical training, facilitation, and healthcare education.

2. Strong knowledge of US managed care, Utilization Management, and Utilization Review workflows.

3. Understanding of HIPAA/PHI compliance and clinical documentation standards.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, assessment, and documentation skills.

5. Ability to develop training materials, conduct competency evaluations, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.

• Active, unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license with NCLEX passed.
