*Job Description:*

We are hiring Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives for our Bacolod site. No BPO experience required, perfect for fresh graduates and first-time job seekers in the BPO industry.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice and provide excellent customer service

- Provide technical support assistance and troubleshoot basic concerns

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

- Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Must be 18 years old and above

- At least Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate

- No BPO experience required - Fresh graduates and first-timers are highly encouraged to apply

- Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City on a shifting schedule

- Available to start ASAP
