Location: Pasig City - Onsite

Account: US Electronics - CSR Voice Account - Premium Account

Salary: Up to PHP 24,800 Package plus Incentives

Start Dates: October 12 and 13, 2025 - Urgent Hiring

Work Setup: Full-Time Onsite - 50 Slots Available

Transcom Pasig is hiring for additional account, US Electronics CSR Voice Account. 50 headcounts needed for Oct 12 and 13 start dates.

Salary Breakdown:

Basic Pay: PHP 18,500

Allowance: PHP 2,800

Incentives: PHP 2,500 to 3,500

Total Package: Up to PHP 24,800 monthly

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries for US Electronics account via voice support

Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally

Assist with billing, product information, and technical support inquiries

Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality performance targets

Document customer interactions accurately

Qualifications:

At least 6 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice

Excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

Amenable to shifting schedule

Must be available to start on October 12 and 13, 2025

Can start ASAP
