Job Opportunity: Transformation Management Manager (Banking & Finance) - WFH

URGENT HIRING - APPLY NOW!

Position: Transformation Management Manager – 2HC (Banking and Financial Services Experience required for 1HC)

Work Setup: WFH/Remote (Any location in PH)

Shift: Night-Shift

Salary: Starting at 100k and above

Requirements:

- Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience

- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified

- Experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Minimum 2 years Six Sigma Experience/Practitioner

- Minimum 2 years overall work experience related to Business Excellence

- Leadership experience is a must

Job Description:

- Lead impactful transformation projects involving Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process improvement.

- Conduct process discovery, shaping interventions that integrate data, technology, people, and process transformation.

- Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful business outcomes.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
