**VERY URGENT HIRING**
Title: Transformation Management Manager – 2HC (1HC at least have Banking and Financial Services Experience)
Work Setup: WFH/Remote any location in PH
Shift: Night-Shift
Requirements:
- Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified
- Experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of Six Sigma experience/practitioner
- Minimum 2 years of overall work experience in Business Excellence
- Leadership experience
Job Description:
- Lead impactful transformation projects involving Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process.
- Conduct process discovery and orchestrate interventions combining data, technology, people, and process transformation.
- Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Possess excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
