Salary Package: Up to ₱27,000

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support and handle voice account concerns efficiently

- Assist customers with account-related inquiries while delivering excellent service

- Handle concerns related to insurance, policy assistance, and customer account concerns

- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate with at least 1 year BPO Voice experience

- Must have a Driver’s License OR at least 1 year Auto Insurance experience

- Language proficiency requirement: B2 CEF

- Willing to work in an onsite setup

EAGLE A1 (TRAVEL ACCOUNT)

Salary: ₱20,000 Basic Salary

Package: Up to ₱27,000

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with travel-related concerns including bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes

- Provide excellent customer service for travel account inquiries

- Handle travel support concerns accurately and professionally

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months GDS experience

- Open to all educational backgrounds

- Good communication and customer service skills
