Job Title: Travel Booking Specialist – CSR
Location: Nationwide -Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
Join our dynamic Travel Account team and provide world-class customer support for airline, hotel, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate will assist customers with booking management, travel updates, ticketing concerns, and other travel coordination needs.
Responsibilities:
Support customers with travel reservations and booking modifications
Process cancellations, rebookings, and refund requests
Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels
Follow company and client travel guidelines and procedures
Meet productivity and quality performance targets
Ensure accurate documentation of customer transactions
Qualifications
Highschool/Senior High School, College Undergraduate/Graduate with GDS experience (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Customer service or 1 year BPO experience in travel account is preferred.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
