*Responsibilities:*

- Handle travel and hospitality inquiries using GDS system

- Provide booking, ticketing, and reservation assistance

- Resolve travel-related concerns efficiently and professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service to global travelers

- Ensure accuracy in travel arrangements and adherence to policies

*Qualifications:*

- High School / Senior High School Graduate accepted

- At least 24 months / 2 years GDS Experience is required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

- Can start ASAP
