1. Local Travel Account – Customer Service Representatis 

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • Must have at least A2 CEFR English proficiency
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with local travel inquiries and bookings
  • Provide accurate travel information and itinerary assistance
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
  • Update customer records and maintain documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times




2. Travel Account – Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 6 months Call Center Experience (CCE)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle travel-related customer concerns via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and rebooking
  • Provide travel policy and account information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions




3. Travel Pilot Account – Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Must have C1 and above AM score
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide premium travel support services to customers
  • Assist with advanced travel bookings, itinerary changes, and escalations
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience and support


4. Banking Account – Customer Service Representative

  • Qualifications
  • High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • Preferably with at least 6 months CSR Voice Experience
  • Must have B2 CEFR English proficiency
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with banking inquiries and account concerns
  • Provide information regarding transactions, balances, and banking services
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information




5. Financial Account – Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • With at least 6 months Call Center Experience (CCE)
  • Must have B2 CEFR English proficiency and above
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting scheduled

  • Handle financial account inquiries and customer concerns
  • Assist customers with account-related transactions and services
  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products and processes
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation




General Requirements for All Accounts Amenable to work onsite

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can start ASAP
