1. Local Travel Account – Customer Service Representatis
Qualifications
- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Must have at least A2 CEFR English proficiency
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with local travel inquiries and bookings
- Provide accurate travel information and itinerary assistance
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Update customer records and maintain documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
2. Travel Account – Customer Service Representative
Qualifications
- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months Call Center Experience (CCE)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities
- Handle travel-related customer concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and rebooking
- Provide travel policy and account information
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
3. Travel Pilot Account – Customer Service Representative
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Must have C1 and above AM score
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer handling and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities
- Provide premium travel support services to customers
- Assist with advanced travel bookings, itinerary changes, and escalations
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

- Qualifications
- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months CSR Voice Experience
- Must have B2 CEFR English proficiency
