Position: UK Banking Specialist/Production Agent
Account: UK Financial Customer Service
Company: Wipro Limited
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of US/UK banking and telephony;
- Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles.
- Understanding of the customer service domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
- Amenable to work onsite on a shifting schedules (UK Time zone)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
Salary Package: Up to 20%-30% hike from your last drawn salary + 2400 allowance and 40k Signing Bonus
