Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead business intelligence initiatives supporting Workforce Management (WFM) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, programming, and technology, along with proven managerial experience.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions, supporting complex projects and processes, and providing technical direction within the business intelligence function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Business Intelligence initiatives supporting WFM operations and business objectives.
Develop and implement short- to medium-term BI solutions, processes, and analytical strategies.
Drive the development of new solutions for complex projects, programs, and business processes.
Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and analytical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and serve as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence and related disciplines.
Ensure appropriate BI policies, processes, standards, and best practices are developed and implemented.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop BI specialists and team members.
Manage team performance and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development.
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analytics, automation, reporting, and business processes.
Work with programming languages, technology platforms, and BI tools to develop effective data-driven solutions.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
1–2 years of managerial experience specifically in Business Intelligence.
Hands-on knowledge or professional experience with AI tools/initiatives, including OpenAI Codex, Claude Code/Co-work, or similar AI technologies.
Strong understanding of technology stacks and programming languages.
Experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, reporting, automation, or related technical disciplines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
