Are you a fluent Cantonese speaker with a valid Philippine work visa? We are urgently hiring Multilingual Cantonese Specialists to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment where your language skills are highly valued.

We're looking for fluent Cantonese speakers who can handle professional client conversations, understand complex discussions with implied meanings, and work with English-based systems. No collections/O2C experience? No problem – we'll train you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Use Cantonese effectively in a professional business environment – this is not casual conversation, but high-level client engagement

Handle complex, extended conversations with Cantonese-speaking clients – including understanding implied meanings and subtle cues to resolve issues professionally

Navigate internal systems and training modules – all delivered in English – so a working knowledge of English is essential

Keep Cantonese as your primary language for customer interactions while using English for internal tools and documentation

What We're Looking For:

Fluent & Spontaneous Cantonese speaker (native-level preferred) – able to think on your feet and respond naturally in any situation

Comfortable using Cantonese in a professional/corporate setting with proper tone and business etiquette

Able to understand context, tone, and implied meanings in complex conversations – you can read between the lines

Working knowledge of English – enough to read and comprehend training materials and navigate client systems

Previous collections experience? Big plus – but not required!

Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process? Also a plus – but we train the right candidate!
