We are currently hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₱15,000 Basic Salary

• ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)

• ₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance (upon hire)

• 20% Night Differential

• HMO Coverage from Day 1

• HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization

Qualifications:

• College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience, OR

• Completed at least 2 years in college (minimum of 72 units) with 12 months of any work experience

• Strong customer service orientation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications and internet browsing

• Willing to work onsite

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
