URGENT HIRING – IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Work Location: Taguig / Cebu / Davao

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift: Flexible Shifting Schedule (Night Shifts, Weekends & Holidays as required)

Salary Package: ₱52,000 – ₱73,000

Start Date: ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of US Healthcare experience (BPO/CPO, Payer, Provider, or Health Tech).

- Experience in IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

- Ability to engage clients, executives, and technical teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

- Knowledge of AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare.

- Data analytics and reporting experience.

- Change management and process automation exposure.
