What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support in Khmer through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Assist customers by resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering outstanding service.

• Accurately update customer records and maintain information using internal systems.

• Support Collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Khmer (Cambodia) language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate naturally and confidently in a professional setting.

• Strong understanding of complex conversations, including implied meanings.

• Good working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.

• Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
