Multilingual Language – Mandarin

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Job Overview

We are looking for fluent Mandarin-speaking professionals to join our customer support team in Quezon City. The role involves handling customer interactions in Mandarin and English across voice, chat, email, and other support channels.

Job Qualifications

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Fluent and spontaneous in Mandarin.
Able to use Mandarin effectively in a professional environment.
Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings.
Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are in English.
Mandarin will be the primary language for customer interactions.
Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required.
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines and have a valid working visa.
Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered for non-Filipino applicants.
Must be available to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
Provide customer support in both English and Mandarin.
Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust and loyalty through excellent service and effective problem-solving.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.
