URGENT HIRING: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years BPO/Contact Center Supervisory experience
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Knowledge of contact center metrics & QA
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite & shifting schedule
