The Role

Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Do you have at least 6 months of BPO Technical Support experience? Are you looking for a premium opportunity to apply your language skills and technical expertise?

We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representatives to join our team in Bridgetowne, QC. This role is open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipinos only) who are proficient in both English and Spanish. You will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service.

If you have completed at least 2 years in college, have 6+ months of BPO TSR experience, and are ready to work onsite, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email.

· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

· Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.

· Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using company systems.

· Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

· Performance Goals: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

· Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Spanish (open to non-native speakers; Filipinos only).

· Educational Attainment: Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects).

· BPO Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO Technical Support (TSR) experience.

· Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

· Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, QC on a night shift schedule.
