URGENT HIRING – USRN TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Account: El Paso Account

Setup: Temporary WFH

Location: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Schedule: Shifting — must be flexible for weekends, night shifts & holidays

Salary: ₱73,000–₱80,000 package

Start Date: ASAP

Role

Lead and supervise training operations while delivering effective clinical knowledge transfer and ensuring training quality and performance standards are met.

• BPO/CPO Training Experience

• Team Leadership & Supervision

• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise

• Medical/Clinical Summary Writing

• Clinical Decision-Making

• Evidence-Based Clinical Guidelines

• Coaching & Mentoring

• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

Qualifications

• Active USRN license – any state

• 1–2 years of relevant Trainer experience in BPO/CPO

• Experience managing or leading a team

• At least 2 years of recent relevant clinical/hospital experience

• Strong clinical background in Orthopedics, ER, ICU, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, or Rehabilitation is an advantage

• Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness

• Teaching credentials/certification is a plus

• Knowledge of medical/clinical documentation and summary writing

• Ability to make sound clinical decisions using applicable guidelines
