Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI Architecture and Computational Science to design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, production-ready AI applications and integrating AI tools, cloud-based AI services, and Generative AI models across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role involves working with advanced AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. The successful candidate will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide technical leadership, support team decisions, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML applications and intelligent systems.

• Define and implement scalable AI architecture for enterprise-level applications.

• Integrate AI tools, cloud AI services, and Generative AI models into business applications.

• Develop and maintain production-ready AI pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Apply machine learning, deep learning, and neural network techniques to solve complex business problems.

• Develop AI-powered solutions such as intelligent chatbots, image processing applications, and other AI-driven systems.

• Ensure AI applications meet production standards for scalability, performance, reliability, and quality.

• Optimize AI models and applications to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system performance.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into existing solutions.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to team members.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to make critical technical and architectural decisions.

• Provide solutions to technical challenges affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical best practices within the engineering team.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals.

• Monitor project progress, manage technical deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in AI Architecture.

• Expert-level proficiency in AI Architecture and solution design.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI applications and systems.

• Hands-on experience with AI model deployment and integration in cloud and on-premises environments.

• Experience developing production-grade AI pipelines and enterprise-ready solutions.

• Familiarity with Generative AI models and their practical implementation.

• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.

• Knowledge of AI-powered applications, including chatbots and image processing solutions.

• Ability to optimize AI models and applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

• Ability to manage technical discussions and contribute to team-level and cross-functional decisions.
