THE ROLE:

We're on the hunt for a Senior BI Manager who doesn't just report on data—they transform it into strategy. This is a high-level leadership position where you'll be the driving force behind new solutions, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape the future of Workforce Management intelligence.

You'll have full employee lifecycle responsibility, mentor specialists across multiple levels, and serve as the final decision-maker in your area of expertise. If you're a data visionary who can bridge the gap between raw numbers and business impact, this is YOUR role.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

· AI Tool Proficiency – hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Co-work/Code, or any AI initiative

· Tech Stack & Programming – deep knowledge of programming languages and BI-relevant tech stacks

· Managerial Experience – at least 1–2 years in a Business Intelligence managerial role (senior level preferred)

· Expert-level background in WFM data, reporting, analytics, and strategic planning

· Amenable to hybrid setup, shifting schedule, and onsite in McKinley 6, Taguig

· Former employees of a specific global BPO giant are NOT eligible for rehire – direct.

· Lead and mentor a team of BI Specialists across multiple hierarchical levels (full HR lifecycle responsibilities)

· Drive the development of new BI solutions for complex programs, projects, and processes

· Implement short- to medium-term tactical strategies for the department

· Develop and enforce policies, processes, and standards that align with business goals

· Be the go-to expert and final decision-maker in your discipline

· Coach, train, and upskill your team on best practices and emerging technologies

· Collaborate across functions to deliver actionable insights that optimize Workforce Management

· Serve as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy
