Operations Supervisor – T-Mobile
Location: Makati City, Philippines – Alphaland
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: GY (Graveyard) Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor – T-Mobile to lead and support a team in a BPO/Telco environment. The ideal candidate should have relevant BPO/Telco experience and at least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day team operations.
Monitor team performance, productivity and service quality.
Provide coaching, feedback and performance support to team members.
Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and targets.
Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related concerns.
Monitor attendance, adherence and overall team performance.
Conduct team huddles and communicate process updates.
Prepare and review operational reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Support employee engagement and team development initiatives.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
BPO/Telco background is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience.
Experience handling a team in a BPO or telecommunications environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
Willing to work GY (Graveyard) shift.
Must be amenable to the ₱35,000–₱45,000 salary range.
