Training Content Designer

Work Setup: Work From Home / EDSA Greenfield

Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Content Designer with experience in Instructional Design and e-learning development. The role involves designing and developing training curriculum and learning materials for general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders to develop relevant course content.
Design and develop training curriculum, learning materials, and e-learning modules.
Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training programs.
Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitate training during the introduction of new courses when required.
Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate training and development effectiveness.
Design and develop computer-based and digital learning programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for training content development or delivery when required.
Ensure learning solutions are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and requirements.
Apply Instructional Design principles and subject matter knowledge to address specific learning and business requirements.
Adapt training solutions based on changing business and learner needs.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant Instructional Design experience.
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.
Strong background in Instructional Design.
Knowledge and experience in e-learning development.
Ability to develop engaging training content and learning modules.
Strong understanding of training development processes and learning requirements.
