Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Content Designer with experience in Instructional Design and e-learning development. The role involves designing and developing training curriculum and learning materials for general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders to develop relevant course content.

• Design and develop training curriculum, learning materials, and e-learning modules.

• Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training programs.

• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitate training during the introduction of new courses when required.

• Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate training and development effectiveness.

• Design and develop computer-based and digital learning programs.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for training content development or delivery when required.

• Ensure learning solutions are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and requirements.

• Apply Instructional Design principles and subject matter knowledge to address specific learning and business requirements.

• Adapt training solutions based on changing business and learner needs.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Instructional Design experience.

• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.

• Strong background in Instructional Design.

• Knowledge and experience in e-learning development.

• Ability to develop engaging training content and learning modules.

• Strong understanding of training development processes and learning requirements.
