• Facilitate onboarding, pre-production, and continuing education (CE) programs for clinical staff.

• Deliver training on Utilization Management (UM), Utilization Review (UR), Case Management (CM), clinical documentation, HIPAA/PHI compliance, and clinical protocols.

• Conduct case simulations, skills validations, and competency assessments to evaluate clinical readiness.

• Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, training materials, and workflow guides.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready training records and competency documentation.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance (QA), and Talent Acquisition (TA) to address performance gaps and support training requirements.

• Support continuous learning initiatives and improve clinical quality, accuracy, and operational performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.

• Active, unrestricted USRN license with NCLEX successfully passed.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in clinical training, education, or facilitation.

• Strong knowledge of US managed care, Utilization Management (UM), Utilization Review (UR), Case Management (CM), and HIPAA/PHI compliance.

• Healthcare BPO training experience, preferably supporting UR/UM operations.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, clinical documentation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to develop training materials and conduct clinical competency assessments.

• Willingness to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City, on a US day shift.

• Candidates currently working as Clinical Trainers or Apprentice Trainers with relevant clinical training experience are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to URAC/NCQA standards.

• Experience with clinical documentation platforms and US healthcare workflows.

• Experience supporting clinical quality improvement and performance coaching.

License Validity Requirement

The USRN license must be active and unrestricted. Candidates whose licenses are nearing expiration must be willing to renew them.
