*About The Role:*

Join Transcom Pasig's premium US Electronics Voice Account. We are urgently hiring 50 Customer Service Representatives with a competitive salary package plus incentives.

*Compensation Breakdown:*

Earn up to Php 24,800 total package

- Basic Pay: Php 18,500

- Allowance: Php 2,800

- Performance Incentives: Php 2,500 - Php 3,500

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to US electronics products and services

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice accepted)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City on a shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
