WORK SETUP: Shifting Schedule
Role Overview:
Support a US Healthcare account by managing appointment scheduling and handling billing inquiries. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
Min. 6 months BPO experience preferred.
Experience in healthcare/medical accounts is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be based in Metro Manila (Taguig/Makati only). Out-of-range locations will be declined.
