Job Title: US RPO Recruiter
Work Setup: Onsite – BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Salary Range: ₱30,000–₱50,000 (Negotiable)
Number of Openings: 50
Interview Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (PHT)
Start Date: Immediate
Job Description
The Recruiting Specialist will focus on generating candidates primarily through direct sourcing and research. The role involves handling both passive and active candidates, while closely collaborating with Lead Recruiters, Hiring Managers, or Clients to implement and enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Generate candidate interest for open roles and client organizations
Identify target companies, user groups, and professional associations to refine search criteria
Develop and maintain a strong referral network
Leverage networking events, social media, email marketing, cold calling, and webinars to attract talent
Conduct cold call campaigns and career information webinars
Advise on hiring timelines and strategy improvements
Perform complex searches in ATS and internet platforms to identify qualified candidates
Screen and submit candidates to the client focal point
Keep the ATS updated at all times
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in high-volume blue collar recruitment (industrial/admin-clerical verticals)
2 years’ experience using computers and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, internet)
Fluent in advanced English (verbal and written)
Must not have current or previous employment or applications with TCS
Willing to start immediately and work onsite in Taguig
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of direct sourcing experience
3 years working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
3 years of experience sourcing through social media platforms
3 years of consultative experience with Hiring Managers
Educational Requirement
