USRN Clinical Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for licensed nurses with clinical experience to join our USRN Clinical Analyst team. The role involves reviewing patient medical histories, conducting initial assessments, documenting patient interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and conduct initial assessments to help determine appropriate care.

• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

• Follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain high standards of patient care.

• Continuously develop nursing knowledge and skills to support current clinical practices.

• Contribute to the performance and success of the nursing team and organization.

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) and US Registered Nurse (USRN) licenses, valid for at least six months from the date of application.

• Either:

  • At least 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse; or

  • At least 2 years of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

• Training and internship experience do not count toward the required clinical experience.

• Valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employment.

• Must reside within Metro Manila, within 25 km of the Quezon City site.

• Must be work-at-home ready, with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Current or former employees of the client are not eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary: ₱50,000

• Account premium: ₱10,000

• Flex fund allowance: ₱1,000

• Total monthly package: ₱61,000

• ₱100,000 sign-on bonus (SOB), subject to applicable eligibility and terms.

• 20% night differential.

• HMO coverage from Day 1.

• Performance incentives.

• 14th-month pay.

• Rice allowance of ₱300 per month upon regularization.

• Referral bonus.

Recruitment Process

Onsite Assessment Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.
