Hiring: USRN Medical Coder

Work Setup: Work From Home
Work Schedule: Shifting
Locations: MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu
Salary Package: ₱79,175/month

Basic Pay: ₱50,000
Complexity Allowance: ₱6,500
Coding Allowance: ₱20,000
Standard Allowance: ₱2,675

Sign-on Bonus: Up to ₱100,000 (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

Review and assign accurate medical codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Perform medical coding for clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.
Handle coding reviews, surgical coding, medical administration, auditing, and denials as required.
Maintain coding accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of coding activities.

Eligibility:

2–3 years of medical coding experience.
Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Active CPC or CPMA License.
Active PRC License.
Active Mainland License.
Experience in ID Review, Surgical Coding, Medical Administration, Auditing, or Denials is preferred.
