Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and licensed USRN Team Leader to manage a non-voice Utilization Management team supporting the El Paso Account. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BPO/CPO Utilization Management, team leadership, and healthcare operations, with the ability to guide team members and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support team members handling non-voice Utilization Management activities.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to service-level targets.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of healthcare utilization management cases.

• Support team members with complex cases, escalations, and process-related concerns.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines, client requirements, and established procedures.

• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with operations managers and stakeholders to achieve account objectives.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any mainland US state.

• At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.

• At least 1 year of people-management or relevant team leadership experience.

• Strong communication, analytical, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on shifting schedules.

• Willingness to work under a temporary WFH arrangement and be assigned to any listed Philippine site.

• Available to start ASAP is preferred.
