Our base is in India, Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and USA for now. We are a Direct Sourcing Partner Company of the different top BPOs offshore and onshore.

We are urgently hiring for USRN Supervisor who is willing to work on a hybrid set-up. This is for our Healthcare BPO Partner company in Cebu, Makati, Taguig and Quezon City.

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 Basic Salary ( (+PHP 1400 Transporation Allowance for Makati and Taguig Hire) plus 3,600 Optum Allowance + PHP 15,000 USRN Allowance
Work Setup/Shift Schedule: Night Shift; Observes US Holidays; Hybrid
Site: QC; Taguig; Makati; Muntinlupa; Cebu

QUALIFICATIONS:

Active USRN mainland license
Minimum 2 years leadership role in BPO Healthcare
Active mainland USRN License with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ER/Med-Surg/Critical Care Units/OR

Note: They will be accepting candidates with expired licenses as long as it is not more than 12 months since expiration and the license is for the mainland.

Generally, reviews medical claims for medical necessity, but not limited to the following:

Assess and interprets customer needs, requirements and medical records,
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems,
Solves moderate to complex problems and do analysis with it, works with minimal guidance, translates clinical concepts into practice, provides explanations and information for difficult issues

Primary Responsibilities:

Owns output at the task level
Work is generally limited to own function
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
Other tasks to be assigned
