USRN Team Leader (Non-Voice)

Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 60,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable)
Location: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN Team Leader (Non-Voice) with a strong background in BPO/CPO Utilization Management and people management.

The ideal candidate will have an active USRN license, relevant Utilization Management experience, and proven experience leading or supervising teams.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
At least 1 year of people-management or relevant leadership experience.
Active USRN license – any mainland U.S. state.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Willingness to work under a temporary WFH setup.
