ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced USRN Training Supervisor to join the El Paso Account and support the development of healthcare professionals through effective clinical training, knowledge transfer, coaching, and team leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for an active USRN with BPO/CPO training experience and a strong clinical background who enjoys coaching people, sharing clinical expertise, and driving learning effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging clinical and process training for healthcare professionals.
• Apply effective learning and knowledge-transfer techniques, including the Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness framework.
• Coach, mentor, and support trainees and team members to improve knowledge, performance, and clinical decision-making.
• Use clinical expertise to explain complex medical concepts and process requirements clearly.
• Support training evaluations, assessments, feedback sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Ensure training content and delivery are aligned with client requirements, clinical standards, and applicable guidelines.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on clinical cases, medical documentation, and clinical decision-making.
• Guide learners in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing using appropriate documentation standards.
• Help trainees understand and apply evidence-based or client-specific clinical guidelines.
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement effective training solutions.
• Lead and support team members while maintaining a positive and performance-focused learning environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active USRN license – any US state.
• 1–2 years of relevant Trainer or Training Supervisor experience in a BPO/CPO environment.
• Experience managing, supervising, or leading a team.
• At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience.
• Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to apply professional healthcare expertise in a training environment.
• Experience in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines or client-specific guidelines.
• Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Teaching credentials or training certifications are an advantage.
