Work Schedule: Flexible shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Experience: 2-10yrs

Key Responsibilities : 

• Lead and supervise clinical training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learning outcomes.

• Apply the Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise and coach team members on clinical processes, medical summary writing, and documentation standards.

• Guide team members in applying evidence-based clinical guidelines and sound clinical decision-making.

• Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with client-specific and jurisdictional requirements.

Required Skills : 

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any US state.

• Experience in training, coaching, and team leadership within a BPO/CPO environment.

• Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model and training evaluation methods.

• Strong clinical knowledge, medical summary writing, and clinical documentation skills.

• Ability to apply evidence-based guidelines and make sound clinical decisions.

Qualifications : 

• Must hold an active USRN license.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant trainer experience in a BPO/CPO environment.

• At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar experience.

• Previous experience managing or leading a team.

• Teaching credentials or training certifications are an advantage.

• Clinical experience in orthopedics, emergency care, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is preferred.

• Must demonstrate clinical subject matter expertise and familiarity with client-specific or state-specific evidence-based guidelines.

• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
