Job Title : USRN Training Supervisor

Role Purpose

The USRN Training Supervisor will be responsible for delivering and managing effective training programs for healthcare processes, ensuring knowledge transfer, clinical accuracy, and adherence to client and jurisdictional guidelines. The role requires strong clinical expertise, training capabilities, leadership skills, and sound clinical decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and manage training programs using effective knowledge-transfer methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model.
Develop and facilitate training sessions related to medical and clinical processes.
Provide clinical subject matter expertise and ensure accurate application of professional knowledge and skills.
Guide and supervise trainers or team members to achieve training and operational objectives.
Prepare and evaluate clinical summaries in accordance with standard documentation formats and client requirements.
Ensure clinical narratives appropriately cover subjective, objective, assessment, and treatment-planning elements.
Apply state-specific evidence-based guidelines or client-specific proprietary guidelines when making clinical decisions.
Demonstrate sound clinical decision-making by evaluating available information and selecting appropriate courses of action.
Maintain compliance with client requirements, clinical standards, and applicable jurisdictional guidelines.
Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Active USRN license – any U.S. state.
At least 1–2 years of relevant Trainer/Training Supervisor experience in a BPO/CPO environment.
Experience in team management, supervision, or leadership.
Strong clinical background in any of the following areas is preferred:
- Orthopedics
- Emergency Room
- Intensive Care
- Neurology
- Occupational Medicine
- Rehabilitation
At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience.
Strong clinical subject matter expertise with the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge effectively.
Experience or knowledge in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing.
Knowledge of evidence-based clinical guidelines and/or client-specific proprietary guidelines.
Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills.
Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness is preferred.
Teaching credentials or relevant training certifications are an advantage.
